Co-Created ICT Solutions for Alzheimer’s Informal Caregiving (Co-Care) is an European transnational project which aims to facilitate the daily life of informal caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s. The project’s differential is that it envolves the caregivers directly in the research who, jointly with universities and ICT professionals, will guarantee the suitability of the products for the caregivers. Co-Care’s ultimate objective is to improve the well-being of people with Alzheimer’s as well as of their caregivers through a support network that provides tools to improve the quality of the care.
Besides providing knowledge about Alzheimer’s, the Pasqual Maragall Foundation will also facilitate access to caregivers.
The Co-Care project is co-funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliances programme.
