The Pasqual Maragall Foundation recieves the General Director of Esade, Koldo Echebarria Ariznabarreta

On October 10^th, the General Director of Esade, Koldo Echebarria Ariznabarreta visited the facilities of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation. In addition, he was also able to hear the Foundation scientific project from the hand of Mrs. Karine Fauria, scientific manager. The visit took place within the framework of the collaboration between the two entities.

Thanks to Mr. David Vergara, member of the Board of Trustees of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and Professor of the Department of Economics at Esade, a group of international students from the prestigious business school, he has done a pro bono consulting work for the Foundation. The objective was double: to analyse formulas to increase the philanthropic funds received by the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and, on the other hand to analyse formulas to increase the competitive funds received by the Barcelona βeta Brain Research Center (BBRC), the Foundation’s research center. After working on it during the first half of the year 2019, the result obtained was magnificent, and was presented to the management in July.

The internal work team has been led by Glòria Oliver, Managing Director, with Sandra Ramos, Fundraising Director, Cristina Prados, Communication Director, Karine Fauria, Scientific Affairs Manager and Carol Minguillón,Head of the Research Management Office.
