Your donation to the Pasqual Maragall Foundation is much more than just money. With your commitment, you are supporting scientific research and contributing to changing the history of the disease.
YOUR TAX CERTIFICATE
Every year, we send all members and collaborators who have left us their personal data a donation certificate with the total amount of the contributions made during the previous tax year to include it on their tax returns.
DONATIONS FROM MEMBERS OR INDIVIDUAL DONORS (PHYSICAL PERSONS) ARE DEDUCTED AS FOLLOWS
Full yearly amounts of under €250
As an income-tax payer, you can deduct 80% of the contribution you have made to the foundation.
Full yearly amounts of over €250
As an income taxpayer, you can deduct 80% of the contribution you have made up to €250, and 40% on the rest of your contribution to the foundation. If your contribution has also been loyal in the last two tax years, the rest of your contribution over the €250 will be deducted at 45%.
THIS IS HOW COMPANY DONATIONS (LEGAL ENTITIES) ARE DEDUCTED
As a company you can deduct 35% of the contributions you have made to the foundation from your Corporate Tax
If your contribution as a company has been constant in the last two tax years, you can deduct 40% of the contribution you have made to the foundation from your Corporate Tax.
YOUR SUPPORTING WILL IS EXEMPT FROM TAX
Including the Pasqual Maragall Foundation in your will is a way of extending your commitment for a future without Alzheimer’s disease to the future generations.
