Launching of the CD “Songs to remember” by Victoria de Los Ángeles

Emotive commemoration of the soprano at the Palau de la Musica Catalana on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of her death.

The launching of the compilation CD “Songs to remember” by Victoria de Los Angeles, was held at the Sala Petita from the Palau de la Musica Catalana on January 15th, 2010, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of her death.

The act was presented by the journalist Josep Cuní and attended by Diana Garrigosa, Pasqual Maragall, Mariona Carulla, president of the Orfeó Català, Elena Mora, president of the Victoria de los Angeles Foundation and Nuria Viladot, director of Columna Music. The event concluded with a performance by some students awarded by the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation.

The collection resulting from the distribution of this CD will be donated to the Pasqual Maragall Foundation.
