This conference cycle also counted on the participation of Pedro L. Alonso, director of the Center for International Health Research at the Hospital Clinic-Universitat de Barcelona, Josep Enric Llebot, professor of Condensed Matter Physics at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Juan Ignacio Cirac, director of the Theoretical Division for Quantum Optics at the Max Planck Institute, Lluis Torner, director of the ICFO-Barcelona Institute of Photonic Sciences, Eudald Carbonell, co-director of the Atapuerca site and professor at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, and Jorge Wagensberg, head of the Environment and Science Department at the “La Caixa” foundation.
