WORLD-CLASS NEUROIMAGING EQUIPMENT
FULLY DEDICATED TO BRAIN RESEARCH

The 3T magnetic resonance scanner enables us to see how the brain works, understand neurodegeneration and monitor the effects of drugs administered to subjects in the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease.

MRI equipment

This equipment will be wholly dedicated to research, serving the needs of the foundation’s projects and other research teams in the field of neuroscience that require neuroimaging equipment for their research.

The fees of the neuroimaging platform are:

RESEARCH: Price per HOUR to be consulted
CLINICAL TRIALS: Price per HOUR to be consulted

Neuroimaging platform in numbers

In the Alfa Study, a series of tests are performed on descendants of Alzheimer’s patients. These are performed every three years and over a time span lasting decades in order to understand risk factors and biological indicators that could be involved in the development of Alzheimer’s disease.
