Strategic planAt the Pasqual Maragall Foundation we follow the recommendations of the Fundación Lealtad, a pioneering non-profit institution in Spain for promoting the trust of Spanish society in NGOs.
We base our fundraising on respect, integrity and transparency, and we share information about our activities and their costs.
We have a mission and allocate the resources we receive to fulfill it, which is why we offer various alternatives for collaboration. All help is welcome.
We comply with legal obligations and make every effort to ensure that all members of our governing bodies, staff, companies and volunteers comply with the code of good practice in transparency and accountability.
We base the selection and hiring of personnel on the general principles of objectivity, non-discrimination, merit, ability and equal opportunities, and we prioritize the health of the participants in our scientific studies.
Not only do we require our suppliers to respect human rights, comply with current legislation and minimise their impact on the environment, but we also value those companies and entities that employ people at risk of social exclusion and/or disabilities.
The mission of Aura Foundation is to help improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities through social and market inclusion. The foundation has facilitated the incorporation of Enric into our team, who works as an administrative assistant and provides support, among others, to the clinical trials and documentation departments.

Its main objective is the social and labour market inclusion of people with disabilities and the improvement of our society. It collaborates in the fight against Alzheimer's through their laundry in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona), where they treat the clothes from our research centre. Natalia Herrera is one of the workers who works for the Pasqual Maragall Foundation.
