The Minister of Science and Innovation, Diana Morant, has visited the headquarters of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center with the aim of learning about our social and scientific project based on the early detection and prevention of Alzheimer's.

During her visit, we had the opportunity to present the various scientific research projects that we develop with the help of some of our researchers, such as Dr. Marco Suárez-Calvet, Dr. Juan Domingo Gispert and Dr. Karine Fauria. The meeting also served to introduce the minister to our social and outreach project.

At the end of the visit, Minister Morant highlighted the work we are doing at the Foundation to expose the reality of Alzheimer's and its impact on society. The Minister of Science stressed the importance of research as the only solution to end the disease.

The president of the Foundation, Cristina Maragall, and the director of the entity, Dr. Arcadi Navarro, accompanied the minister during her visit.
