Graduate in Biological Sciences (University of Barcelona, 1976), with 20 years of dedication to R&D in the pharmaceutical sector, she is currently president of BASI Group, a group of companies dedicated to the fashion textile sector. President of the Social Council of Pompeu Fabra University, she is also a member of various institutions in the economic and social world, such as the Círculo de Economía, Grup Set and the Guttmann Institute, among others.
