With the aim of promoting knowledge in all areas of Alzheimer's disease, the Pasqual Maragall Foundation has organized, together with the Notarial College of Madrid, a new edition of the conference “Prevention is better. Legal tools in Alzheimer's” at CaixaForum in Madrid.
The event, which has hosted more than 145 people, has put the focus on the legal tools We have the tools we need to be legally prepared for an Alzheimer's diagnosis, which are so important to guarantee the rights, well-being and economic sustainability of the affected person and their environment. From deciding who and how we want to be cared for, to the way we want our assets to be managed in the future, being prepared is key.
During the meeting the following people have intervened: Dr. Isidoro Lora-Tamayo Rodríguez, director of the Academy of Competitors of the Notarial College of Madrid and Elena of Andres, psychologist and coordinator of group programs for caregivers at the Pasqual Maragall Foundation.
