On Saturday, June 15, a conference took place at our headquarters New Open House Day, aimed at our social base and the participants of the different studies that we develop. Throughout the day, some 65 people attended guided tours of the different spaces in which we develop our social and scientific project.
The members, donors and participants of the entity were received by Dr. Nina Gramunt, a neuropsychologist expert in training and dissemination of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation, who was responsible for explaining what the project of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and of the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center, our research center.
They then visited the fluid biomarkers and translational neurology laboratory, as well as the MRI room, where they were awaited Lluís Solsona and Jaume Roca, MRI technicians, to explain how it works.
The objective of these conferences is that both our social base and the participants have the opportunity to learn about the spaces where the different teams of the Foundation work to achieve a future without Alzheimer's.
