The Rector of Pompeu Fabra University, Laia de Nadal, has visited the headquarters of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and the Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center to learn first-hand about our social and scientific projects based on early detection and prevention of Alzheimer's.
During the visit, we have been able to present our scientific project, as well as our support programs to caregivers and Dissemination and awareness raising of the disease.
The rector of Pompeu Fabra University was accompanied by the vice-rector for Research at UPF, Dr. Cristina Pujades; the manager of the UPF, Oriol Escardíbul; the president of the Foundation, Cristina Maragall; the general manager, the Dr. Arcadi Navarro; the manager, Gloria Oliver; the vice president, the Dr. Jordi Cami; and the director of the Scientific Coordination Unit, the Dr. Karine Fauria.
