"Bicycle, spoon, apple" is the best testimony to Pasqual Maragall's will to put an end to Alzheimer's disease. For this reason, the Foundation has reached an agreement with TV3 to offer all our members the opportunity to enjoy this essential documentary.
Synopsis:
In the autumn of 2007, Pasqual Maragall, former president of the Generalitat de Catalunya and former mayor of Barcelona, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, a fact he made public on 20 October of that same year.
With intelligence, sincerity and good humour, Maragall allows himself to be photographed alongside his family and doctors to record the day-to-day of his personal struggle. Two years of monitoring an exceptional patient, determined that scientists will find a cure before the number of 26 million patients in the world multiplies by 10.
